Les Amandiers has its own 200m² enclosed garden, which is beautifully maintained, unoverlooked and perfectly sunny.
It is fully enclosed and has sun loungers.
The south-east-facing terrace has a large table, chairs, benches, parasol and WEBER barbecue.
In the south-facing garden is the heated octagonal wooden swimming pool, measuring 8 m by 4.5 m, out of sight. A large terrace accessible via a removable staircase provides safe access to the water. On the terrace there is a sitting room where you can relax or watch your children.
There is a reserved parking space behind the house.

In the south-facing garden is the heated octagonal wooden swimming pool, measuring 8m by 4.5 m, out of sight. A wide terrace accessed by a removable staircase provides safe access to the water. The water level is 1.28 m high, and there is a lounge on the terrace where you can relax or keep an eye on your children. Behind the house, a parking space for two vehicles is reserved for the occupants of " Les Amandiers".

Payment, deposit, charges and options
Payment can be made in three instalments :
- 25% on booking
- 25% 60 days before arrival
- the balance 30 days before arrival
Linen and towel hire is optional:
- Single bed ………….. 10€
- Double bed………….. 15€
- Bathroom linen ………..5€
All bookings are final on receipt:
- the duly completed and signed contract
- transfer of the deposit
Tariff excluding charges, a security deposit / provision for charges of €300 to €500 in cash will be requested on arrival and returned on departure, in accordance with the terms of our contract.
