Comfort and privacy
Le Cyprès has its own enclosed garden of around 200 m².
It is sheltered from view and has sun loungers and parasols.
At the end of the garden, behind a security gate, is the private octagonal 8 x 4.5 m heated swimming pool.
(subject to weather conditions)
Next to the heated swimming pool, you can sit and relax on the wooden terrace. A terrace to the south-east is furnished with a large table, chairs, benches and parasol.
and a WEBER barbecue.
Alongside the house is a parking space reserved for your vehicle.

Everything you need for a pleasant stay
This gîte is perfectly clean, insulated and equipped with the latest utensils such as a multi-cooker, Nespresso,
condensation tumble dryer, etc.
The air conditioning is reversible and each room has its own independent split.
The ground-floor rooms also have roller shutters, and the roof windows have blackout blinds.
We have provided board games (indoor and outdoor), DVDs and books.
The gîte is equipped with
2 flat-screen televisions, satellite (Astra 19.2 and 28.2), one in the living room and the other in the ground-floor bedroom. Country and shared Wi-Fi is free.

Payment, deposit, charges and options
Payment can be made in three instalments :
- 25% on booking
- 25% 60 days before arrival
- the balance 30 days before arrival
Linen and towel hire is optional:

All bookings are final on receipt:
- the duly completed and signed contract
- transfer of the deposit
Tariff excluding charges, a security deposit / provision for charges of €300 to €500 in cash will be requested on arrival and returned on departure, in accordance with the terms of our contract.
